TwoGo is a delivery application for users who want to share the cost of a meal without having to pay extra to reach the minimum price
There are many times when a user wants to order something, but has nobody to order with. Due to this, they are forced to pay more than they can eat to satisfy the minimum delivery fee. The TwoGo application is designed to solve this problem.
Users can join delivery rooms made by other users or make one themselves. Users can see the food that will be delivered, the time until delivery, the minimum amount of money needed to process the order, the room settings, and the people that want to deliver all at the same time. The host can also customize the rooms to fit their personal preferences and delivery options.
After ordering a meal, the host is responsible for paying for all of the food ordered. The users who joined that room then sends the money to the host via card or by physical money; if the users send money by card, the process is automatic, and if the users send money through cash, the host manually inputs into the application that they received the money. Users will be locked out from creating or joining any rooms until the money is paid.
Users can see their previous meals through the history tab so they can re-order certain deliveries they've ordered before.

Situation : Describe user's context when start using the app: The user downloaded the application and is looking to order food with other people. They start by learning how to join a room, and after figuring it out they decide to make a room themselves with the food they want to eat. Purpose : What kind task user want to solve: User wants to learn how to join a room and also how to create one. They also want to see some of the information associated with each room Flow : How user solve their problem in your app: Users use the application similar to a delivery application, but with the added feature of the TwoGo rooms. The user cycles between the "Create room" button and the "join room" page list to find what they're looking for. Result : What user can get when they finish task: Users can join a room to deliver food and split the cost with other people, and they also learn how to host a room themselves so they can decide what the food they want to eat is going to be. The user in both situations should be waiting for the delivery to arrive at this point.
